An ideal, mild, oil-free lotion for eye compresses and makeup removal. The lotion has cooling, astringent, decongestant (anti-puffiness) and soothing effects and very well suited for cooling eye compresses (recommended to keep in the fridge before use).
Apply on cotton pads and keep on closed eyes for 10 -15 min.
